Conference Oxford will conduct a search amongst its venues and forward your enquiry. The venues will contact you directly with their availability.

Do we pay Conference Oxford for this service?
No, we provide a free search amongst the venues; all payments due will be made to the venue.

Is the contract agreed and signed with Conference Oxford or the venue?
The contract is made directly with the venue; Conference Oxford acts an introductory service to the venues.

Do we have to book accommodation at many of the venues?
No, you can have a meeting without staying at the venue.

Can private individuals book the University departments and colleges for events/parties, or only organizations?
No, anyone can book a University department or college for an event.

When I book my conference, will the booking be with Conference Oxford or the University of Oxford?
No, your booking will be the individual venue/s you choose and not with either Conference Oxford or the University of Oxford.
