The Conference Oxford Service
Introduction
Conference Oxford is a marketing office for the departments and colleges of the University of Oxford and is the only central enquiry point for availability of the departments' and colleges' facilities for conferences and accommodation, whether you are planning a small meeting or a large group, for this year or in the future.
Each year Conference Oxford handles over 1000 conferences, tour groups, and events, with visitors coming from the UK and around the world.

What to expect
Conference Oxford welcomes your enquiry. When we receive it, we will check the availability amongst our members and send your enquiry to those we believe have the facilities that you require and who can best assist you. The venues will then contact you directly with what they can offer.
Conference Oxford will send you a list of venues to which we have sent your enquiry and from which you can expect to hear. We will call you a few days later to see how your booking is proceeding and if we can assist you further in any way.
If you are planning a large conference that will require using several venues, we can facilitate this by recommending 'packages' that will encompass all your requirements successfully.
